Fagforbundet (Norwegian Union of Municipal and General Employees) organizes over 100 different occupational groups, all of which have their own needs. With the amount of members this includes, it is important to be able to communicate precisely and that the flow of information runs smoothly.
We develop and maintain the app for both iOS and Android. Updates take place regularly, which necessitates rules for how different types of content and functionality behave, so that it is in line with what already exists. We developed a design system specifically for the app to ensure this, which you can read more about here (Article in Norwegian).
In addition to the practical management of their membership, members get an overview of which benefits and offers they have access to, such as favorable insurance subscriptions. When there is something important that should be acted on, such as deadlines for applications or votes, immediate notification is given via push alerts.
