FINN.no is not only Norway’s largest marketplace, but also the country’s largest online service. With virtually the entire population as their user base, they take UX seriously.
We helped FINN target a younger audience, focusing on adapting the presentation of the marketplace based on the user’s interests. The work did not result in its own separate app, but has to a large extent been incorporated into the existing service.
In addition, we have been responsible for making secure transactions via Torget as intuitive as possible in the app.
